They are quite significant areas of scabbing and inflammation :-[
I know it is difficult with little, sore feet, but if you can, try gently rubbing grean cream into the nooks and crannies to see if it slowly reduces the callus at the edges - it may help by reducing the pressure put onto those areas - ridges cause increased, intense pressure which may then crack. The green cream will also help to reduce the bacterial count in those areas.

If Bummble is a real softy and will allow it you could try using a tiny bandage - slather green cream on her bumbles and cover them with the bandage while she runs round on the sofa, squeaking at you (:rwinky:). Then take them off before you pop her back in her cage.
It might help soften the callus a bit - but only if she wll tolerate it. :)
